: Due to the absence of bleach, Blond It Up is significantly less damaging and thus can be used on chemically treated hair. For best results, do not perm, relax, or straighten the hair immediately before or after bleaching/highlighting. Wait 7-10 days and shampoo 1-2 times in between.
