: Blonde It Up is our most advanced blonding system that lightens your hair up to 5 levels and tones down brass with the Shimmer Lights Conditioner that’s included in the kit.
: Blond It Up is significantly less damaging and thus can be used on chemically treated hair. For best results, do not perm, relax, or straighten the hair immediately before or after bleaching/highlighting. Wait 7-10 days and shampoo 1-2 times in between.
